The focus of the presented SaaS solutions is on quality assurance and control: bolt_it enables faster decisions through the intelligent utilisation of bolting process data with the help of AI. The manufacturer-independent solution provides a comprehensive overview of the bolting processes and increases product quality and production efficiency by fully utilising the potential of the process data.
Cost effects and efficiency potential can also be realised with Sounce: The AI-supported acoustic testing software recognises noise anomalies in quality assurance or component qualification. This means that faults can be detected faster and more reliably than with the usual random checks on test benches and in development. Behind the process is a minimally invasive sensor system on the end-of-line test bench, which generates raw data and thus enables the AI to be trained.
Another digital quality assurance tool is paint_it: the monitoring system enables digital paint quality control. Among other things, the paint layer thickness, colour tone and surface quality of the coating are evaluated - cloud-based and hardware-independent.Defects can not only be detected within a very short time, but also predicted. As a result, the number of quality defects is significantly reduced. This in turn increases throughput in production - while simultaneously reducing costs and minimising rejects.
However, ICS solutions in quality assurance are only as good as the database: with the enabling technology integrate_it, machine data is collected, standardised and used in quality assurance, for example, whereby the data logs of almost all machines and systems are recorded and made available in a standard for downstream systems and applications.
